FAQs [Wireless Scanner] Barcode Scanner Charging Issues

Barcode Scanner Charging Issues

  • Charging Port: Standard USB
  • Charging Voltage: +5V
  • Charging Current: 500mA

Note: There may be slight variations in the voltage, but it should not exceed +/- 0.2V, meaning the acceptable range is 4.8V to 5.2V.

  • Two Beeps: Low battery
  • Five Beeps: Critically low battery

Note: If you hear either of these alerts, the scanner needs to be charged.

Important:

  1. If you're using a non-standard charging cable, the wiring may be incorrect, which could prevent the device from charging or even cause a short circuit.
  2. Using a charger with a voltage higher than 5V can damage the charging IC.
