Symptom: When I open the NetumScan Pro software, it displays a message saying the device is in use.

Q: Why does NetumScan Pro show a message that the device is occupied?

A:

1. Check if any other software on your computer is using the document camera. For Windows 10/11, you can view which software is using the camera in Privacy Settings.

2. Unplug and reconnect the USB cable for the camera, then try again.
