1. On a working computer, open the registry editor and navigate to the following path:

2. Export this registry entry, then import it into the registry of the computer with the issue.

3. Return to Device Manager, right-click on the unknown device, and select "Update driver software."

4. Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software."

This should complete the driver update, allowing the device to function and display correctly in Device Manager.
