Barcode Scanner Not Charging

Issue: The scanner has been charging for over an hour, but it still won't power on after disconnecting the cable.

• Scenario 1: The scanner powers on when connected to the charging cable (or when placed on the charging base), but it won’t start when disconnected.
• Scenario 2: The scanner shows an orange light while charging, and the green light comes on when pressing a button, but the scanner module doesn’t emit any light.

Cause: Battery issue

Solution: Replace the battery.
