Light Emission Abnormality

Problem: The barcode scanner’s light is malfunctioning and not reading barcodes.

Laser Barcode Scanner: The laser scanner only emits a single point.
Solution: please contact us.

Red Light CCD Barcode Scanner: The red light from the scanner is dim.
Solution: Check if the emission lens (acrylic) is dirty.
If the lens is clean and the light is still dim, please contact us.

2D Barcode Scanner: Missing the aiming light.
Solution: Scan the factory reset barcode.

If the aiming light still doesn’t turn on, please contact us.
