Symptom: After opening the NetumScan Pro software, the application page does not display.

Q: Why does the software page fail to display when I open the NetumScan Pro software?

The error log contains the following information:

App_DispatcherUnhandledException:
System.Windows.Markup.XamlParseException:
An exception was raised when setting the attribute "System.Windows.Controls.Primitives.Selector.SelectedItem." 
---> System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for "System.Windows.Automation.Peers.AutomationPeer" raised an exception 
---> System.TypeLoadException: Method "GetSelection" in "MS.Internal.Automation.SelectionProviderWrapper" in assembly "PresentationCore, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" was not implemented.

   at System.Windows.Automation.Peers.AutomationPeer.Initialize()
   at System.Windows.Automation.Peers.AutomationPeer..cctor()

 

A:

1. Open Control Panel by double-clicking on it.

2. Click on “Uninstall a program” to view the list of applications.

3. Click on “View installed updates,” locate the specific update listed below, click “Uninstall,” and restart your system once the uninstallation is complete.
