Barcode Scanner Not Uploading Data After Scanning (Virtual COM Port)

Issue: The scanner reads barcodes, but data is not being uploaded (sometimes it beeps once, sometimes three times).

Scenario: The receiver is properly connected to the computer (and the receiver is paired with the scanner), but the scanner still doesn't upload data after scanning.

Cause: The scanner is set to virtual COM port mode.

Solution: Scan the "Receiver as Keyboard" configuration barcode.

Note: Resetting to factory settings does not reset the receiver's interface settings. If the scanner is set to virtual COM port mode, you'll need to scan the "Receiver as Keyboard" barcode to correct it.
