Missing Characters in Uploaded Data (Input Method Issue)

Problem: On Windows, the barcode scanner is missing or mixing up characters when uploading data.

Reason: The Chinese input method was not switched to English.

Solution 1: Switch to the English input method.
Solution 2: Set the barcode scanner to use the ALT universal keyboard (only supports wireless barcode scanners).

Note:

1. This setting code only works for wireless barcode scanners (for wired scanners, refer to the corresponding module settings).
2. After setting the ALT universal keyboard, data can be transmitted correctly even under a Chinese keyboard layout.
3. This setting is only supported on Windows systems.
