Barcode Scanner Not Uploading Data After Scanning (2.4G Receiver)

Issue: The scanner reads barcodes but doesn't upload the data. (The scanner beeps three times.)

Scenario: The scanner can read barcodes, but after scanning, the data isn't uploaded. At the same time, the scanner beeps three times, and the indicator light flashes three times.

Cause 1: The receiver is not plugged in.

• Solution: Plug in the receiver.

Cause 2: There is an issue with the computer's USB port.

• Solution: Try a different USB port.

If the above issues are ruled out:

Cause 3: The receiver is not paired.

• Solution: Scan the pairing barcode to pair the scanner with the receiver.

One-to-one pairing

Pairing Steps:

1. Unplug the receiver.
2. Scan the pairing barcode. The scanner will emit continuous beeping sounds.
3. While the scanner is beeping, reinsert the receiver. The beeping will stop immediately, indicating a successful pairing.
